Hi, I'm Jill, a Level 3 Matwork Pilates instructor and Move It or Lose It qualified instructor.
My passion is helping all ages keep strong and flexible, while maintaining good posture. I offer a range of Pilates and Move It or Lose It classes in Chesterfield and the surrounding area.

Hopefully I'll be running 1 Pilates and 1 Move It or Lose It classes in Walton Evangelical Church Hall, Moorland View Road, on Wednesday mornings in the near future. Watch this space!

What is Pilates and who is it for?
Pilates is for everyone, aged 16-106 years! It is recommended if you need to strengthen your abdominals and back; improve stress incontinence, posture and flexibility. Pilates is ideal for runners, dancers, walkers and anyone who wants to get fit and stay fit, leading to increased flexibility and core stability.
Community Pilates sessions use a modern approach to give a balanced workout for the whole body. Classes can be adapted for beginners or those with more experience, so everyone can work at the right level for them.
What is Move It or Lose It and who is it for?
These sessions are for anyone who wants to get fit or keep fit and active. You may be just starting out on a fitness journey or recovering from an injury or surgery. Or you may be over 60 and wanting to keep active and strong for as long as possible.
The exercises and short routines to music are fun and easy to follow. Participants will be advised by Jill and can choose if they wish, to use a chair for support. No exercises are done lying on the floor.
